Sarah Welsh, Founder

Sarah Welsh, author, teacher, trainer, and overall lover of all things neuroscience and learning has worked in the field of learning for over 15 years.  

She spent her first 11 years in public education as a music teacher in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area.  She recently finished five years in the technology industry where she served as Senior Training and Development manager, building many internal learning programs from scratch.  

Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Education Leadership and has extensive knowledge in helping businesses develop and implement an exceptional learning plan that creates lasting change within an organization.  

She loves connecting with people who are passionate about creating learning programs that work.
