Vulnerability & Daring Leadership
Rooted in Brené Brown's research. Recognize armored leadership, name the barriers that block courageous teams, and build the trust that lets people take real risks.
Leader-She
A nine-month leadership experience for executive and senior-level women ready to deepen how they lead, expand their impact, and grow alongside women who understand the weight and opportunity of leadership.

Leadership can be lonely. The further you move into leadership, the fewer spaces there are where you can put down the title, say what you’re actually navigating, ask the hard questions, and learn alongside people who understand. Leader-She was created to be that room.
For nine months, a small cohort of executive and senior-level women comes together to:
You’ll develop as a leader. But you’ll also develop something harder to find: A community of women who understand what it means to sit in your seat.

You don't need another leadership seminar. You probably already read the books. You listen to the podcasts. You've attended conferences. You've accumulated plenty of leadership advice.
Leader-She is different. This is a place to practice leadership, not simply learn about it. We bring research, brain-based learning, practical tools and meaningful conversation into the room. Then we connect those ideas directly to the leadership challenges you're navigating right now:
You don't leave with more information. You leave seeing yourself, your leadership and your possibilities differently.

A working curriculum built around eight interconnected skill areas, each grounded in real research and translated into practices you can use the next day.
Rooted in Brené Brown's research. Recognize armored leadership, name the barriers that block courageous teams, and build the trust that lets people take real risks.
Practical language and tools, like Permission Slips and The Story I'm Telling Myself, that give your team room to speak honestly and close the gap to the culture you want.
Recognize the moment a conversation turns high-stakes and stay in dialogue instead of silence or control, using the STATE framework to say hard things without shutting people down.
Built on the Nagoski stress cycle and the Window of Tolerance. A daily practice for completing the stress cycle, not just managing through it.
Presence isn't performance. Drawing on Amy Cuddy's research, find what it feels like to show up fully yourself, and learn why presence is a recoverable skill.
Your future is built in repeated behaviors, not big moments. Move from vague intentions to the specific bricks that build the leader and team you're aiming for.
Control feels like leadership, but it often isn't. Tell the difference between action from values and clarity, and action from fear, and build the discipline to act from alignment.
Bring every skill area together. This is where practiced behaviors become identity, not tactics you perform under pressure, but who you are as a leader.
